Today, I found out that I type the letter ‘b’ with my right hand. I don’t know how I feel about this.

I feel that it does not matter.  The left hand is responsible for letters z x c and v, where the right hand has n m , . and ?.  Giving the b to the left hand does make sense I suppose.   I don’t lose much time because the b is directly in the center of the pointer fingers when over home position.  I can’t quite wrap my brain around this and have no idea where I went wrong.

  1. You know, you’re right that the "b" is completely equidistant from either finger, so it could be a toss-up which finger would be best to use. I suppose we’re just culturally conditioned to type "b" with the left hand. What would be really weird is if both of your pointer fingers went for the "b" key at the same time…
